Cy Porter is an Arizona State Registered Home Inspector and the owner of CyFy Home Inspections, based in the Phoenix metropolitan area. He specializes in residential home inspections, with a particular emphasis on new-construction and builder warranty inspections. Through detailed inspections and comprehensive reporting, he works primarily with homebuyers to identify defects, safety concerns, and construction deficiencies.
